I recently purchased a BMW I4 from Dahle Automart, and my sales person went above and beyond to help get this across the finish line. I am an out of state buyer, so I needed to get detailed photos and videos, and had lots questions in order to determine the condition of the vehicle. Makenzie Mathesius was great and quickly sent me everything I requested. I decided to proceed with the purchase and was handed off to a manager for final details. During this process we ran into a few snags and it appeared we were not going to be able to complete the sale. I had decided to move on to a different vehicle when Makenzie contacted me and said she had worked out a compromise so that we could keep the deal on track. After completion of the sale Makenzie offered to pick me up at the SLC airport so I could get headed home as soon as possible. My flight arrived at 6:50 am and when I made it to the pickup area Makenzie was rolling up in the car. After signing the last few forms I was on the road back home. I can't say enough how much I appreciate her going the extra mile to get the sale completed, and to get me on the road as quickly as possible. I highly recommend Makenzie at Dahle Automart!

The entire store had over the top customer service it was a smooth and easy process buying a car at Tim Dale. Mike (MJ) was a great help. He assisted me in finding a truck that met my needs/budget, I gave him a text on a Monday then by that Friday I was in my new car! Would 100% recommend Tim Dale used auto in Murray to my friends and family. UPDATE: 5/27/2026 Just some routine maintenance & New tires Nine months later, the car is perfect! My husband and I walked in and were immediately welcomed. We test drove the car two times to make sure it’s what we wanted. Kaden was our salesman and he was amazing!!! They weren’t pushy at all and worked with us in a professional manner. Kaden even took time to get to know us which means a lot and doesn’t compare to other dealerships we went too. I would recommend this dealership and him! We went to 6 other dealerships and test drove multiple cars and spoke to a fair amount of salesman who were just trying to get numbers out of us even before test driving. This one by far was the best dealership and salesman to work with. We appreciate the honesty and patience they had with us and our questions. Thank you KADEN!!!

I found a few cars on the website and called to speak with Kaden. He was responsive, thorough, and very friendly throughout the entire process. I ended up taking home a new-to-me vehicle the same day! Everything moved so quickly and smoothly. I was especially happy to use their in-house credit union, since it’s the one I already bank with, it made the financing process a total win-win for me. Because everything happened so fast, I didn’t even have a chance to get pre-approved beforehand, but it all worked out perfectly. I highly recommend this dealership!
