Went in looking for a used a used Tesla, they had a pretty good and very clean inventory compared to other EV dealers. Teslas are moving in and out of inventory in a matter of days currently. Preston helped me out, and yes.. it’s a used car dealer, yes that makes most people’s walls go up. Preston is a deal closer, but also very knowledgeable and has checked in multiple times post purchase to ensure there are no issues with the new vehicle. He’s offered a wealth of knowledge to ensure I have a full understanding of how the Tesla network works. I am very happy with my purchase.

After a lot of research, I went with a used EV purchase with Dahle Used Automart. I think if you're really clear with what you want for financing it can be a smooth transaction. Like many dealers, they have pricing based on preferred lenders- so be prepared if you want to pay a large downpayment or cash the price goes up. Otherwise, Isaac was my salesperson and he could not have been more amazing. There was zero pushing and a real drive to get me in something that fit my needs. He went above and beyond. Even though there were some oversights with financing, they were eventually resolved in a positive way.

The entire store had over the top customer service it was a smooth and easy process buying a car at Tim Dale. Mike (MJ) was a great help. He assisted me in finding a truck that met my needs/budget, I gave him a text on a Monday then by that Friday I was in my new car! I bought a used Hyundai Elantra. Shoutout to Asonte for greeting us when we arrived and for answering our questions. He was very patient with me and let me test drive a few cars to help me make a decision. I went in the morning and came back later in the day to buy the car.
