Update, JR and Rocio made sure that we were reimbursed. There was some confusion on both our parts and we were able to work through it and get it figured out. We had to jump start the vehicle we bought when leaving the facility, JR told us that if it happened again he would send is a gift card for a new one. It turns out both batteries were bad, I contacted Jen and let them know. He authorized a gift card for new ones but we have yet to see one come to us.

I purchased my Lexus IS 250 about a few months ago here & i’ve absolutely been loving it. Issac was & has been very helpful in everything. He was a very solid person to talk to & I appreciate his service. I was a bit disappointed about some remaining mechanical issues with the car when I bought it but I’m glad I talked to Dave over in finance because he set me up with a good warranty. That warranty was able to save me a big chunk of money on the repairs so I appreciate his effort in explaining the different kinds of plans. Overall it was a great experience, especially how this was my first time buying from a dealer.

Great experience. Staff was great and informative

My husband and I walked in and were immediately welcomed. We test drove the car two times to make sure it’s what we wanted. Kaden was our salesman and he was amazing!!! They weren’t pushy at all and worked with us in a professional manner. Kaden even took time to get to know us which means a lot and doesn’t compare to other dealerships we went too. I would recommend this dealership and him! We went to 6 other dealerships and test drove multiple cars and spoke to a fair amount of salesman who were just trying to get numbers out of us even before test driving. This one by far was the best dealership and salesman to work with. We appreciate the honesty and patience they had with us and our questions. Thank you KADEN!!!

Asante was absolutely amazing he helped us get into a brand new ride super communicative and straightforward through the entire process. 10/10 would recommend Dahle to anyone !
