I purchased my Lexus IS 250 about a few months ago here & i’ve absolutely been loving it. Issac was & has been very helpful in everything. He was a very solid person to talk to & I appreciate his service. I was a bit disappointed about some remaining mechanical issues with the car when I bought it but I’m glad I talked to Dave over in finance because he set me up with a good warranty. That warranty was able to save me a big chunk of money on the repairs so I appreciate his effort in explaining the different kinds of plans. Overall it was a great experience, especially how this was my first time buying from a dealer.

My husband and I walked in and were immediately welcomed. We test drove the car two times to make sure it’s what we wanted. Kaden was our salesman and he was amazing!!! They weren’t pushy at all and worked with us in a professional manner. Kaden even took time to get to know us which means a lot and doesn’t compare to other dealerships we went too. I would recommend this dealership and him! We went to 6 other dealerships and test drove multiple cars and spoke to a fair amount of salesman who were just trying to get numbers out of us even before test driving. This one by far was the best dealership and salesman to work with. We appreciate the honesty and patience they had with us and our questions. Thank you KADEN!!!

I found a few cars on the website and called to speak with Kaden. He was responsive, thorough, and very friendly throughout the entire process. I ended up taking home a new-to-me vehicle the same day! Everything moved so quickly and smoothly. I was especially happy to use their in-house credit union, since it’s the one I already bank with, it made the financing process a total win-win for me. Because everything happened so fast, I didn’t even have a chance to get pre-approved beforehand, but it all worked out perfectly. I highly recommend this dealership!

Carissa was amazing… she really made sure I got into a car I needed even with the struggles they had with banks. They really made the experience a good one. And my 4 year old nephew fell in love with her. 😂😂😂

After a lot of research, I went with a used EV purchase with Dahle Used Automart. I think if you're really clear with what you want for financing it can be a smooth transaction. Like many dealers, they have pricing based on preferred lenders- so be prepared if you want to pay a large downpayment or cash the price goes up. Otherwise, Isaac was my salesperson and he could not have been more amazing. There was zero pushing and a real drive to get me in something that fit my needs. He went above and beyond. Even though there were some oversights with financing, they were eventually resolved in a positive way.

I went in with the expectation that it was going to be hard to find a car. I owed on my trade in and it was a very old car and I needed something more up to date and reliable. I went into their store and was greeted with absolute kindness and care from Rocio Pacheco who talked and chatted with us and really listened. The manager, JR was also awesome in navigating and finding cars from other lots and working with Rocio to help me find the car I wanted. I also want to shout of Lacey who helped break down my options and financing and Robert Alvery who broke everything down and helped me get the best financial experience I could get. I went in to look at a vehicle for my son to drive. I had been looking for a few weeks and hadn’t found anything decent in my price range for a teenage boy’s first car. I was greeted Immediately by Carissa with a very friendly and positive vibe coming from her, she answered every question I had and was extremely helpful. I ultimately found a car that I liked and thought would be a decent car for my son. The process was easy (a little long but easy) and Carissa was there helping and trying to help get me on my way. All in all it was a very good experience and I attribute that all to Carissa
